WORK HARD

Laura is originally from Victoria, Australia where she started studying dance at a young age. She competed for 6 years at a National level in Irish Dancing, as well as participating in numerous Ballet and Irish performances in the city of Melbourne. At the age of 10 Laura moved to Perth where she continued studying RAD Ballet, ISTD Jazz, Modern, Tap and continued to compete in Irish Dancing at a National level. Laura has since gone on to complete all RAD Ballet grades and ISTD Modern to an Advanced level as well as performing in multiple stage shows in Perth.

Laura began her teaching career in 2014, in 2018 Laura opened her own studio and has been a full-time Principal ever since. Pathing her teaching career Laura has completed Professional Development with ISTD in Modern and has since been accepted to continue further studies to become a registered RAD Ballet teacher. In 2019 Laura was invited to join an open age dance team to compete at the World Championships in Pom and Contemporary routines. Since returning from America she has seen her students win fantastic results at local, state and national competitions as well as see many of her senior students land roles in major theatre productions.

In 2019 Laura completed her teacher training with both International Dance Technique and AcroLink which earned her a Registered Teaching status with both Syllabi.
